Candle D’light is more than a candle brand — it is the story of passion, creativity, and entrepreneurship that began long before the first wick was ever lit.

Founded in 2025, Candle D’light was established by a young, aspiring Black entrepreneur with a lifelong love for creating things with his hands. From an early age, he found joy in transforming simple, everyday materials into something meaningful — sketching, crafting, and experimenting with art whenever he could.

The entrepreneurial spark ignited early. In Grade 4, he launched his very first business selling sweets at school and from home after hours. Instead of spending the profits, he reinvested every cent. By Grade 8, that pocket-money hustle had grown into a lawn mowing and landscaping business, complete with employees. While still attending school, he managed the business and joined his team after classes — learning leadership, discipline, and the value of hard work at a young age.

Although that business came to an end when he went to varsity to study Civil Engineering, the passion for entrepreneurship never faded. After completing his studies, he spent 11 years working for a government company, gaining experience, structure, and insight into professional operations. During this time, his creative drive led him to build a successful signage business, Grafix24, which became well known for quality and innovation.

In 2025, that lifelong love for creating tangible products found a new form — candle making. What started as curiosity quickly became a craft, and the craft became Candle D’light. Each candle is thoughtfully made, blending creativity, intention, and warmth to create products that don’t just light up rooms, but also moments and memories.
